Perks of being a photographer, I guess.. I really should try this more often. I wanted to go to a festival and didnt want to lay out the cash for an overpriced ticket. Soooooo I hit up a magazine and offered to shoot it for them for FREE if they kicked me down a press pass. I’ve shot concerts in the past and figured, why not!? Besides it was a craft brew festival on the beach and nothing beats standing 6 feet away from some of my favorite punk bands with a camera in my hand. A massive collection of local micro brews and bands got together on the beach to have one of the best damn times together. NOFX headlined at the Punk in Drublic Festival in Huntington Beach with Bad Religion, DI, Strung Out, and a buncha others. Here are a few of my fav snaps from the day. Once the lights went off I busted out some prism photography to attempt to embody some of the magic of the night. Enjoy!
