Engagement photography in Temecula – Lorimar Winery

Behold! our first ever engagement shoot in Temecula at our favorite [new] spot in wine country, Lorimar Winery. Thrilled to be a new addition to the team that will be rocking the winery wedding scene this coming year. The crew at Lorimar is great. I met Lauren and Heather at the Pechanga Bridal Fair last year. That was our first bridal show ever and those two came through our booth and and totally sharked us. lol. Pretended that they were engaged and looking at local temecula wedding photographers for their upcoming wedding. Fortunately we were nice to them and a couple months later came clean and approached us to a part of the vendor list over at the winery. VERY cool. We arent on any other lists so we were totally excited to be included on the roster with such a cool group of people. Love em so much we joined the wine club + even got a brick with our names on it in their founders hall tower! you’ll see it when you go to turn out the lights ;)  I know, I know, enough of the bragging right?  Just had to get that out of my system, first wine club membership… first vendor list spot ever acquired. Totally excited, look who’s movin on up!

Ok, now onto the juicy details of the shoot below. As you will soon see highlighted in this engagement session [Kristina and James]  are a charismatic and insanely attractive couple who might as well be models. Until this shoot I had only spoken with Kristina via email and phone and through it all she had failed to mention just how easy on the eyes they were… seriously,. That and how comfy they are in front of a camera. We got to have a lot of fun with it. Something I wanted to toss out there, that I think deserves mentioning is the way that they found us. Craigslist. I’m totally serious… some of the coolest couples I have ever had the pleasure of meeting have come to us through Craigslist. Savvy. Fun. On the level. Which is why still from time to time I fight the continuous flagging and spamming and bust ads up on there… ya just never know when someone like them will find you. When they do its totally worth it.

We proceeded to do a lil wine tasting and let them be their playful selves while the camera went “click”. Got some really fun photos in the process and Im certain this goes without saying but I am anxiously awaiting the big day. For real. Its gonna be AhhhMaayyyZING!
